Solaray MSM 1000mg 60 Capsules is a food supplement based on MSM which provides 1000mg of methylsulfonylmethane, a sulfur compound very abundant in nature but whose the food supply is very low.
This methylsulfonylmethane allows an assimilation of sulfur which is a mineral that intervenes in the cysteine formation and that we can find also at the level of joints.
1 capsule a day with a glass of water.
