T.Leclerc Moiré Eyeliner 3,5ml is a fine eyeliner that allows you to embellish and sublimate your look in an instant.
Thanks to its fine mine, the moiré eyeliner allow to draw a thin and precise line in order to redefine the look throughout the day with a long lasting formula. Its waterproof property makes it ideal for the summer time

Directions for use
Before application, wipe the brush of the eyeliner on the back of your hand. It will allow you to better control the color supply. For a natural make-up, apply your eyeliner on eyelashes roots, eyelids tense up.
For a sophisticated finish, put the eyeliner in small touches on the outer corner of the eye by melting it with an eye-shadow in the same tones.
Then to realize the straightest line, pull the outer corner of the eyelid to quenching, and then apply it.
