- hot: contracture, muscle pain, osteoarthritis;
- cold: tendonitis, synovitis, joint inflammation, tear, blow, hematoma, edema.

Directions for use
- Cold therapy: put in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Heat Therapy: Microwave for time and temperature listed below.
