Thermcool & Hot Gel Pocket Flex Plus is an indispensable ally for everyday pain relief.
Reusable and versatile, this innovative product adapts to your needs, offering hot or cold use.
Its direct application to the skin ensures targeted, optimal relief for a variety of ailments, such as hematomas, sprains, trauma, hyperthermia, lumbago, torticollis, rheumatism and hypothermia.
In warm mode, it relaxes muscles, improves blood circulation and relieves joint pain.
In cold mode, it reduces inflammation, eases swelling and soothes muscular tension.
Ideal for sports activities, daily chores or occasional aches and pains, this versatile product offers long-lasting relief for every situation.
Three-compartment pocket 11 x 24 cm.
For cold mode: place the pouch in the freezer for at least 1h30/2h00. You can apply the pouch directly to the painful area, or at first, as a precaution, on a cloth.
For hot mode: immerse pouch in boiling water for a maximum of 5 minutes. Remove from water and dry. You can apply the pouch directly to the painful area, or initially as a precaution on a cloth. Test the temperature of the pouch before applying it to your skin.
Microwave: place pouch in microwave oven at 500 W for 30 seconds, repeat 1 time if necessary. Remove the pouch from the oven and shake to distribute the heat evenly. You can apply it directly to the painful area, or initially on a cloth as a precaution.

Before using on babies, children or the elderly, or in cases of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and/or skin insensitivity (Reynaud's syndrome), we strongly advise you to consult your doctor.
