Directions for use
Massage the balm on the painful zone until complete absorption. Because of its strong concentration in essential oils, do not use in people under 7 and pregnant women.

Great product
I use red Tiger Balm primarily for calming the itch of insect bites. I've never found any other product as effective. Now I've become aware of a similar white Tiger Balm I'll give it a try, as the red one does mildly stain the skin.
