These capsules do help me to get to sleep but when I bought a few packs last Autumn it wasn't clear enough on the website that they contain 2 forms of SOYA! I am intolerant to soya so when I wake up in the morning, I feel very ill. Can't they produce 4 Action melatonin tablets without including a major allergen in the ingredients?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from useless I have difficulties with falling asleep ,and I have been using melatonine for many years .I had a different brand but I was running out ,so I tried this one and it didn't help I had few white nights ,that I took it in conjunction with my old melatonine and it did help
