Vitaflor Burdock Roots 80g is a bulk infusion of burdock roots (Artium majus bernh).
Native to Europe and Asia, burdock now grows in all temperate areas of the world. It is cultivated in Europe and China. Burdock is known in Japan as Gabo where its root is cooked as a salad.
- In infusion: pour the plant into simmering hot water and let infuse 3 to 5 minutes, according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant.
- In decoction: immerse the plant in water and bring everything to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then let infuse 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering.
- In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours then filter.
- Storage advice: Close the case well after each use.
