Vitaflor Fennel Seeds 100g is a bulk infusion of fennel seeds (Foeniculum vulgare Mill).
Originally from the Mediterranean basin, fennel is cultivated today in all temperate regions of the globe. It grows in light, rich and deep soils. Fennel is drought resistant. Its seeds are collected in autumn.
- In infusion: pour the plant into simmering hot water and let infuse 3 to 5 minutes, according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant.
- In decoction: immerse the plant in water and bring everything to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then let infuse 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering.
- In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours then filter.
- Storage advice: Close the case well after each use.
