Vitaflor Peppermint Leaves 50g is a bulk infusion with peppermint leaves (Mentha piperita L).
Peppermint has been used for decades. Peppermint is a hybrid of aquatic mint (Mentha aquatica) and spearmint (Mentha spicata).
- In infusion: pour the plant in simmering hot water and let it brew for 3 to 5 minutes, according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant.
- Decoction: Immerse the plant in water and bring to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filling.
- In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours then filter.
- Storage tips: Close the case tightly after each use.
