Vitry Eye Care Toni'Cils Pro Expert 2 in 1 Serum 11ml is a 2 in 1 serum in the form of mascara which is used as a base of mascara to obtain more volume, as well as length. It also contains a growth serum to achieve lengthened eyelashes, to awaken inactive eyelashes and to increase eyelash volume.
