- Weleda Sport Roller with Arnica 75 ml is an arnica-based roller, ideal for relaxation and muscle recovery thanks to the action of massage. After exercise, applying the roller using its massaging ball reinforces the relaxing and invigorating effect of the massage on localized areas. It relaxes in cases of fatigue or discomfort, and promotes relaxation and well-being, while offering a feeling of instant freshness.

- Weleda Arnica Massage Oil 100ml is an arnica massage oil specially formulated to facilitate sports preparation and recovery. When practicing sports, sports preparation and recovery are essential:
- Before exercise, massage the arms and legs with a few drops of this oil using rapid friction movements. The warming and toning action of the massage complements the benefits of warming up. The body is thus prepared for sporting activity.
- After exercise, a broad and slow massage facilitates recovery.
Arnica extract relieves and reduces tension. Sunflower and olive oils guarantee optimal glide during massages. Lavender and rosemary essential oils with an aromatic scent reinforce the toning and relaxing effects of the massage.
- Weleda Arnica Sport Shower Gel 200 ml is a shower gel with a vegetable cleansing base enriched with organic arnica. It gently cleanses, nourishes and intensely refreshes the skin while preserving its natural moisture.
Ideal for an energy boost before intense physical activity or to start the day on the right foot. Also perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating after exercise, giving the body a well-deserved break while leaving behind a fresh, stimulating fragrance.
