Dolicare Skin Thermal Gel Cushion Knee Support is a knee support that contains a thermal gel cushion that allows the treatment of pain by cold or heat, which improves the discomfort and reduces the possible pain of daily life.
- By heat, it relieves: stiffness or aches, joint and muscle stiffness, muscle swelling and fatigue, muscle pain.
- Heat therapy promotes the dilation of blood vessels, which increases blood flow. Increased blood flow results in a supply of oxygen and nutrients to the tissues where the heat source is applied. This facilitates the elimination of cellular waste. Any muscle spasms should decrease after the application of heat therapy.
- By cold, it relieves: pain and itching, before and after training, joint pain and sports injuries, swelling and sprains, spasms and muscle tension.
- Cold therapy is recommended to relieve injuries with a therapeutic effect. It reduces swelling, minimizes inflammation, and reduces pain and discomfort.

Remove the thermal pad from its plastic packaging before heating or cooling it. It is possible to heat the thermal cushion in the microwave or by immersing it in hot water.
