Eafit Energy Energetic Drink +3h 500g is a preparation for an effort drink with carbohydrate intake, in powder form.
Its formula:
- Ensures rehydration.
- Integrates carbohydrates for progressive assimilation.
- Has an antioxidant role thanks to Vitamin B2.
Compliant with AFNOR NF V 94-001 standard and anti-doping regulations.
Shake the mixture vigorously before consumption. Consume as regularly as possible during exercise, ideally 1 to 2 full sips every 10 minutes.
- During exercise: dilute 1.5 scoops (50 g) in 1/2 liter of water.
- Preparation for exercise: dilute 3 scoops (100 g) in 1/2 liter of water.
Close well after opening.
Store away from heat and humidity.
It is advisable to consume this product as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
