Overstims Electrolytes Drink Lemon - Green Lemon 10 Sachets is a powdered drink mix enriched with vitamins and minerals, which contains less than 4 kcal per 100 ml. It is specifically formulated to provide optimal hydration to your short duration workouts (less than 60 minutes).
Without energy supply, it renews the electrolytes (mineral salts) eliminated by sweat.
This preparation contains:
- magnesium, sodium, potassium, calcium and zinc,
- vitamins B3 and B6 which help reduce fatigue.
One sachet can be used to prepare 50 cl of drink.
Complies with the anti-doping standard AFNOR NF V94-001.
Gluten-free, sweetener, coloring and preservative-free.
Pour 500 ml of water on 8 g of powder and shake vigorously.
Drink regularly by 50 to 100 ml, from the start of the effort.
Containing no preservatives, the prepared drink should be drunk the same day it is prepared.
