Eye Care Eyebrows Liner Warterproof 1.2g - Colour: Medium is a long-lasting waterproof liner for redesigned and filled eyebrows.
This pencil restores colour and shape to the sparse eyebrows. Its unique and melting texture allows a perfect application. Its brush tip disciplines the eyebrows and allows a better diffusion of color for an exceptional and very natural look. Waterproof, it has an excellent hold in all circumstances for perfect eyebrows all day long.
Its high tolerance formula, enriched with silicon, is suitable for sensitive or allergic eyes.
Made in France.
Brush the eyebrow then apply the liner by hatching with little touches from the top and following the line of eyebrows.
Brush again to melt and blend.
