Gibaud Soin Dos Lumbar Belt Height 21cm - Size: Size S is a device designed to relieve lower back pain and ensure good posture.
This belt is indicated in case of lumbago, sciatic, lumbosacral lesions, chronic lumbar pain, or during daily activities that put a strain on your back (sport, work, leisure ...).
The patented "V-shaped" ribbing helps to remind you of the correct posture by reducing the stress on the lumbar vertebrae, while its soft and breathable fabric maintains your posture while allowing the skin to breathe. This belt is mixed, blue in colour.
In order to use it properly and give it its full effectiveness, it is important to choose the right size (measure your hip circumference below the navel with a tape measure):

A fitting is obligatory for a correct adaptation and a good understanding of the installation. The first fitting will be carried out by a health professional and later by the user or a person close to him/her according to the same protocol.
During the fitting, the applicator will have to conform the V-brace of the orthosis to adapt it to your morphology. The belt will be worn under clothing or over underwear.
- Position the bottom of the belt over the top of the gluteal groove.
- Centre the dorsal whalebone on either side of the spine.
- Adjust the tightening according to the intensity of pain and activity to obtain a firm but comfortable tightening.
Wash by hand in warm soapy water (maximum 30°C), rinse thoroughly, wring out gently.
The device contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions. Patients with pelvic floor weakness should consult their physician before using the orthosis. Do not wear for prolonged periods of time without medical supervision. The belt should not be placed in direct contact with injured skin. Device to be used on a single patient, do not reuse on multiple patients. If you experience any problems, such as pain or local signs, remove the device and contact your healthcare professional.
Keep the belt away from excessive heat. Do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not dry clean.
