- The day before the event: take 5 chewable tablets spread over the day.

- Before exercise: take 1 tablet just before the event.
- During muscular effort: 1 chewable tablet every hour.
- After muscular effort: 1 chewable tablet after the event, repeated every hour until improvement.
- The day after the event: divide into 5 tablets to be chewed during the day to improve recovery.
- For other people: Take 5 chewable tablets throughout the day.
