Remove the fleece blanket and fill the hot-water bottle with hot, but not boiling, water (between 60°C and 80°C maximum).
Fill to two-thirds of its capacity.
Carefully expel any remaining air before screwing on the cap.
Make sure the cap is tightly closed to prevent any leaks.
Place the polar hot water bottle on the desired area for comfortable, long-lasting relief.

Do not use with boiling water, as this may damage the fleece warmer and cause burns.
Always check the integrity of the hot water bottle before each use.
Keep out of reach of children when the polar hot water bottle is filled with hot water.
Do not use as a cushion or sit on.

Remove the fleece blanket.
Heat the water to a maximum temperature of 60°C to 80°C before filling the hot water bottle.
Do not heat the hot water bottle directly in a microwave oven or on a hotplate.

Remove the fleece blanket.
Empty the hot-water bottle after each use.
Rinse with clean water and leave to dry upside down, cap removed.
Clean the hot water bottle, without the fleece blanket, with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary.
To clean the fleece blanket, hand-wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent.
Do not use harsh chemicals for cleaning.

store the fleece warmer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Store without the cap to avoid condensation build-up inside.
Do not fold to avoid damaging the material.

If in doubt about use, or if the kettle shows signs of wear, discontinue use and replace it.
