Medela 2 Contact Nipple Shields - Size: L - 24mm is a pair of breasts that facilitate breastfeeding in case of difficult or painful breast-feeding.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Life changing!! Just… amazing! In my first few days of breastfeeding, my nipples were cracked, bleeding and of course I was in utter pain! Until the nurse gave me one of these babies and man!!! They worked like a charm! My nipples didn’t hurt as much (the pain was acceptable) and the baby didn’t reject them at all. I’ve been using them ever since when I felt like my nipples were starting to crack again. I 100% recommend them!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! My baby is 3 months old, he is almost exclusively breastfed. He has established a good latch since the beginning, but I have recently had him babysat & bottle fed with pumped milk. After being bottle fed, he refuses the breast for a couple days. I was told to try nipple shields to mimic the bottle nipple, and he latched on right away! Great way to transition him back to the breast. Love it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fit great, recommend it from start The fit was perfect for my nipples. The only down side is Bébé didn't like the taste they had. I washed them several time but didn't take of the taste. I didn't start with those nipples shields, that might be the reason. Next time, I'll start with these ones if I need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These saved my breastfeeding journey! I bought these while attempting to establish breastfeeding and dealing with flat nipples. Wearing the shields really helped draw out my nipples so that my baby found it easier to latch. Meanwhile I was able to ensure my baby was receiving my milk vs. Having to substitute with formula. After a couple of weeks I was able to remove the shields and my baby could latch without them. I recommend every new mum has a pair of shields in her hospital bag for those early breastfeeding days. I’ve repurchased these ahead of baby no.2 arriving.

I found the medela shields stay in place much better and they are a bit sturdier than the Ardo shields. I much prefer my Medela shields and the little carry case just makes it that much easier to keep them clean and keep track of them, clear plastic items are so easily lost!
