Microlife Ear Thermometer IR200 is a mercury-free infrared ear thermometer.
It's designed to measure body, ambient and object temperature in just 1 second.
The ACCUsens guidance system helps you confirm correct positioning in the ear, while "clean me" technology reminds you to clean the probe after use.
This product displays the temperature on a large backlit display with date and time.
A red light lights up with a buzzer when temperatures rise above 37.4°C, and the thermometer also records the last 30 measurements.
Before measurement, the thermometer must be in the same room as the patient for at least 30 minutes.
It is accurate to within ± 0.2°C between 32.0°C and 42.2°C

Press the START button. When the °C or °F symbol flashes and a beep is heard, the thermometer is ready for use.
Straighten the ear canal by pulling upwards and then backwards to give a good view of the eardrum.
Children under 1 year: pull pinna straight back.
Children over 1 year old: pull pinna up and back.
While the ear is gently pulled, insert the heat-sensitive tip into the ear canal.
