Milical High-Protein Drink 540g is a low-calorie high protein diet powder snack, to be reconstituted to obtain a drink with a unique formula:
- Intake guaranteed in proteins: 16g per portion.
- Recommended daily consumption by nutritionist is of 25g of fibres. A drink of cappuccino flavour covers more than 26% of this recommendation and a drink of cocoa flavour covers more than 20%.
- Milical drink has been enriched in vitamins: A, D, E, C, B1, B2, B6, B9 and in minerals: Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc.
Milical drink is an essential nutritional asset:
- It's a drink with reduced energetic value (-34% compared to the average of flavored milks on the market for the cappuccino flavor, -33% for the cocoa flavor) and with a reduced sugar content (-88% and -84% respectively),
- to use in replacement of a part of your meal,
- proteins contribute to maintain muscle mass,
- drink is rich in fibers,
- it is source of vitamins and minerals,
- while keeping the pleasure and gourmet aspect of a genuine cappuccino or cocoa drink.
It is possible to use this drink to anticipate or compensate the punctual excess or few excess, or in regular use.

- To anticipate or compensate a punctual excess: replace the previous or following meal by 1 drink + green vegetables.
- To anticipate or compensate few days of excess: follow a day of intense phase of Milical program 3.2.2.
- In regular use, integrate the preparations as a part of the method 3.2.2.
The Milical method 3.2.2:
3-day intensive phase (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday):
- 3 Milical meals composed of: 1 Milical preparation + unlimited green vegetables (except for breakfast) + 0% dairy
- 2 snacks per day (1 Milical bar in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.
Phase return to food balance 2 days + 2 days:
Thursday:
- 2 Milical meals
- 1 balanced light meal
- 2 snacks (1 Milical bar in the morning and 1 in the afternoon)
Friday :
- 1 Milical meal
- 2 balanced light meals
- 2 snacks (1 Milical bar in the morning and 1 in the afternoon).
Weekend :
- 3 balanced light meals per day
- 2 snacks per day (1 Milical bar in the morning and 1 in the afternoon).
You can renew the Milical week.
Remember that in combination with this method, moderate physical activity will help you achieve better results.
Preparation of a Milical drink:
- Preparation with shaker: Pour approximately 200 ml of water into the shaker, add 4 level scoops of the preparation. Mix vigorously until completely dissolved. Open the shaker and heat 1 minute in the microwave.
- Preparation without a shaker: Pour about 200 ml of water into a bowl, add 4 level scoops of the preparation. Mix vigorously until completely dissolved. Heat 1 minute in the microwave.
- For more flavour, you can replace 100ml of water with 100ml of skim milk.
Milical products are used in the context of method 3.2.2. Milical to replace part of your meal. They cannot be eaten as the sole source of food but must be combined with traditional foods.
Sufficient water consumption should be maintained throughout the day (1.5 to 2 liters).
