Pranarôm Aromanoctis Sleep Grog Organic 100ml is a food supplement in the form of grog which contains essential oil of true lavender which supports a quality sleep.

Mix before use.
From 7 to 12 years old: 1 teaspoon (5ml) in a hot drink (milk / water / Chamomile tea or verbena) before bedtime.
From 12 years old: 1 dessert spoon (10 ml) in a hot drink (milk / water / chamomile tea or verbena) before bedtime.
Can be used pure.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding and in children under 7 years old.
