T.Leclerc Waterproof Eye Pencil 1,2g - Colour: 01 Parisian Black is a waterproof pencil, resulting of the perfect association of intense pigments and a resistant formula of water and moisture for a deep, long-lasting look.
The fine tip underlines the look of an intense and precise line.
Creamy texture easily marks the eye contour from the first passage for an intense result. Its waterproof result confers to make-up a perfect hold all day long.
Tested under ophthalmologic control.
- For a defined look finish, place the kohl pencil flush with the upper lashes, thickening the line towards the outside of the eye.
- To lengthen the eye and create an "almond look" effect, insist on the outer corner of the eye, gently lift the eyelid to draw a V at the end of the upper and lower lashes.
- For an ultra smoky look, intensify the line on the upper eyelid and blend it with your finger or using a PIN6 brush then underline the lower lash line.
- For an optimal look, apply the shade "Noir parisien" inside the mucous membrane of the eye.
Finally, for impeccable hygiene, remember to use the T. Leclerc double-blade pencil sharpener before each use.
