Vitaflor Eucalyptus Leaves 100g is a bulk infusion of eucalyptus leaves (Eucalyptus globulus L).
Native to Australia, eucalyptus is cultivated in tropical and temperate regions. Endowed with a capacity to absorb water from the soil on which it grows, the aborigines used it to quickly dry up the marshes it colonized. They placed one end of a root in a pool of water and the other in a container to fill it. Dried its leaves which are also distilled to produce essential oil.
- In infusion: pour the plant into simmering hot water and let infuse 3 to 5 minutes, according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant.
- In decoction: immerse the plant in water and bring everything to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then let infuse 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering.
- In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours then filter.
- Storage advice: Close the case well after each use.
