For microwave heating, please follow the tips below:
Please always place a half-filled glass of water in the microwave as well. As the pillow is covered with a pillowcase, this should be removed before heating. Heat the pillow without its pillowcase in the microwave, according to the recommended heating times. Shake the heated pad to distribute the heat evenly. Heating should only take place with dishes that can be microwaved, but never with metal (eg microwave grill).
